MSが｢Windows 8｣でApp Storeを提供する予定であることが正式に確認される

WinRumorsによると、MicrosoftのSteven Sinofsky氏が｢Building Windows 8｣にてWindowsの機能開発チームを紹介する｢Introducing the team (チームを紹介します)｣と題した記事を公開しているそうです。

｢Windows 8｣の開発には全部で35の"feature teams"と呼ばれる機能開発チームが関わっているようで、各チームには25〜40人の開発者に加え、テストやプログラム管理の担当者がいるようです。

そして、その35チームの詳細は下記の通りですが、その中に｢App Store｣のチームも存在しており、これによりMicrosoftがWindows 8でアプリストアを提供することが正式に確認された事になるとのこと。
